Aborting an outgoing fax session with multiple recipients will no longer cause an outbox record to be written for all remaining recipients, as there could literally be hundreds of remaining recipients in the session. This results in a very long update procedure and leads the user to believe the application has hung.

Assigning outgoing fax jobs by client priority is now working properly, also the jobs will be assigned and transmitted in the order in which they were submitted within priority
If the assignment of a fax job to a modem would result in two or modems dialing the same fax number at the same time, the job is deferred until it would not become a duplicate number. This will prevent the fax server from attempting to dial a fax number that must fail because one of its own other modems has that line tied up.
